Sonri Foundation is a non-profit organization committed to building healthier and stronger communities through an integrated approach of Oral Health, Education, and Community Empowerment. Our journey begins with oral health and preventive care. We believe that a healthy smile is the foundation of well-being. Through the SIGI (Senyum Imunisasi Gigi Indonesia) program and other initiatives, we provide regular dental check-ups, distribute dental kits, and promote preventive practices that help reduce oral health problems before they begin. This work is strengthened by education. Sonri Foundation engages children, parents, families, and entire communities with knowledge that inspires behavioral change. From schools to villages, we deliver oral health education, awareness campaigns, and practical training, ensuring that prevention becomes part of everyday life and is passed on from one generation to the next. Finally, we move towards empowering people. Health and education open the door, but empowerment sustains the change. Sonri Foundation supports communities by helping them develop small-scale businesses and livelihood initiatives that are independent, locally-driven, and sustainable. By walking alongside communities, we create opportunities that uplift families and strengthen resilience. Together, these three pillars—preventive oral health, education for behavior change, and community empowerment—form one unified mission. Sonri Foundation believes that true impact comes not only from immediate aid, but from equipping people with the knowledge, health, and resources to build their own brighter future.
